The photo was inspired by this quote by José Andrés. We honored Minnesota’s diverse food community with items chosen from Asian, Middle Eastern, African, Latin American and Native American cultures. In a year that was often dark and divisive, food has the power to bring us into the light. It illuminates our community, ignites conversations and brings us together.
